    What does it mean: “Lift your buttock upwards… Do not raise your buttock up”. Another thing – the “with your hands on your thighs” tip, are your feet together or apart?

    Hi Mary,

    For the pelvic exercise, what I mean is you need to focus on tightening your butt muscles. If you are doing it properly you should also feel your hamstrings tightening as your butt naturally lifts off the ground.

    For the “hands on your thighs” tip, your feet should be in a neutral position (roughly shoulder width apart).
