I myself have been a sufferer for a long time, and believe it or not, there have been times when I literally wanted to chop off my lower body section. I was suffering from severe sciatica and the horrible pain that accompanied it. I don’t really have words to explain the torment.

The Old School methods for ‘curing’ Sciatica:

Hi Michael,
The problem with Sciatica is that it affects all of us differently, so the treatments we try vary from person to person. By conventional therapy, what exactly have you tried? Dr Best’s exercises are tailored for long-term treatment. They definitely do work if you stick to the regimen. And they are by no means the simple list of exercises your average chiropractor gives you to perform. If a couple of stretches and exercises are too painful to perform, then you can always try the alternative methods in the Treat Sciatica Now program.
Michael, my advice would be to try as many natural treatment options as you can. Start with one at a time and follow through with them to the very end. Eventually you’ll find a treatment that works for you. And when that happens, you’ll be on the road to permanent recovery.

I have been dealing with sciatica for about 5 months now. It started in my left side and hurt only in the A.M. I sought treatment for it. Deep muscle massage, no help. Conventional therapy, improved for 2 weeks then switched to the right side and got worse. I am now 3 weeks into seeing a well recommended Chiropractor, and the pain just gets worse and longer lasting. He says I was out of adjustment and once the healing process is over I will be out of pain. I am not a couch potato. I would work hard to fix this if I knew what do to. 5 minutes a day sounds too easy. I hear stories of people I know being cured using the above methods.
